Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zebra interface and related software made available at zebraperps.xyz (the "Interface"). By accessing or using the Interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Interface.
1Testnet · no real funds
The Interface is an experimental, unaudited research preview operating on a public testnet. It uses no real funds. Test tokens have no monetary value. Do not send real assets to any address shown in the Interface. Features may break, change, or be removed at any time without notice.
2No offer, solicitation, or advice
Nothing in the Interface or its documentation is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or trade any financial instrument, token, security, or derivative. Nothing provided is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.
3Eligibility & restricted persons
You may not access or use the Interface, and you represent and warrant that you are not, and are not acting on behalf of:
- a US person or a person located in or a resident of the United States;
- a resident of Ontario, Canada;
- a person located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Russian-occupied regions of Ukraine (collectively with the foregoing, the "Restricted Jurisdictions");
- a person identified on, or owned or controlled by a person identified on, any sanctions or restricted-party list (including any OFAC list); or
- otherwise barred from using the Interface under any applicable law.
The above list of Restricted Jurisdictions may be updated from time to time. Access to the Interface is restricted by jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to ensure that your access and use comply with all laws applicable to you.
4No circumvention of geographic restrictions
The Interface employs technical controls, including IP-based geographic blocking, to restrict access from Restricted Jurisdictions. You agree that you will not use a virtual private network (VPN), proxy, Tor, location spoofing, or any other technology or method to disguise, mask, or alter your location or to otherwise circumvent or attempt to circumvent these restrictions. Doing so is a material breach of these Terms.
5Assumption of risk
Trading perpetual futures and using leverage carry a substantial risk of loss. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Smart contracts and off-chain infrastructure may contain bugs, may be exploited, and have not been fully audited. By using the Interface you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks arising from your use, including risk of total loss, protocol failure, oracle failure, liquidation, and loss of access to your wallet or keys. You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallet, devices, and credentials.
6Self-custody
The Interface is intended to be self-custodial: you transact from a wallet you control. Zebra does not seek custody of your assets and cannot recover funds sent in error, lost keys, or transactions you authorize.
7No warranties
The Interface is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Zebra does not warrant that the Interface will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Zebra, its contributors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, assets, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Interface.
9Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Interface after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
